º La Veeduría del Tesoro no podrá continuar realizando las funciones que por el término de tres (3) años le asignaron el artículo 34 transitorio de la Constitución Política y el Decreto 2093 de 1991. En consecuencia, conservará su capacidad jurídica únicamente para realizar los actos necesarios para la liquidación.
