El control previo y perceptivo y la constitución y aprobación de fianzas de manejo de los fondos y bienes entregados a personas jurídicas sin ánimo de lucro se realizará en las Contralorías Departamentales y Municipales, o en las Dependencias Regionales de la Contraloría General de la República, todo de acuerdo con la reglamentación que expida el Contralor General.
