Controversia en la reclamación . Si se presentare controversia judicial administrativa entre los reclamantes de una prestación por causa de muerte, el pago de la cuota en litigio se suspenderá hasta tanto se decida judicialmente a qué persona corresponde el valor de esta cuota.
