° . Modifícase el artículo 2° del Decreto 963 de 2001, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 2° . El doctor Angelino Garzón, Ministro de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, tendrá derecho a pasajes de ida y regreso en primera clase y pago de viáticos a razón de: trescientos ochenta dólares (US$380) diarios durante los primeros catorce días y de ciento noventa dólares (US$190) el último día, que se pagarán con cargo al presupuesto del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, para la actual vigencia fiscal, según Certificado de Disponibilidad No. 267 del 21 de mayo de 2001".
