Articulo 8 º Además de los delitos señalados en los Decretos legislativos 180 y 474 de 1988 la jurisdicción de orden público conocerá de los procesos que se adelanten por delitos contra la existencia y seguridad del Estado, rebelión, sedición y los conexos con éstos.
