En la sentencia deberá el juez:

Decidir definitivamente sobre los créditos que se hayan presentado oportunamente, con especificación de su cuantía y graduación conforme a las leyes, y

Decidir sobre las acciones de revocación, simulación y disolución previstas en el Capítulo IV.
