De los procesos a que den lugar tales infracciones conocerán las autoridades penales comunes según las reglas generales sobre competencia; tanto en el sumario como en el juzgamiento, se observarán los trámites establecidos por el Código de Procedimiento Penal sin ninguna especialidad, salvo lo que indica en el artículo siguiente.
