°. Proyectos, obras y actividades sujetos a licencia ambiental. Estarán sujetos a licencia ambiental únicamente los proyectos, obras y actividades que se enumeran en los artículos 8° y 9° del presente decreto. Las autoridades ambientales no podrán establecer o imponer Planes de Manejo Ambiental para proyectos diferentes a los establecidos en el presente decreto o como resultado de la aplicación del régimen de transición.
