ARTICULO 571 . Gestiones diplomáticas para obtener la extradición . Una vez perfeccionado el expediente, el Ministerio de Justicia lo remitirá al de Relaciones Exteriores para que éste, sujetándose a los convenios o usos internacionales, adelante las gestiones diplomáticas necesarias para obtener del gobierno extranjero la extradición.
