La oficinas que hagan los pagos, harán al tiempo de verificarlos, los descuentos de que hablan los ordinales 1º, 2º, 7º, 8º, y 9º del artículo 2º y los fondos correspondientes al Montepío Militar estarán á la orden de la Dirección general del mismo, que existirá a la capital de la República.

El Poder Ejecutivo reglamentara su administración y contabilidad.
