Los recursos remanentes de la remuneración del Poliducto Pozos Colorados - Ayacucho - Galán, a través del rubro denominado “Margen del Plan de Continuidad” o “Margen de continuidad” de la estructura de precios de los combustibles, junto con sus rendimientos, se destinarán a la financiación del programa de sustitución de leña, carbón y residuos por energéticos de transición.
