De los auxilios autorizados en este Acuerdo, no se girará su valor sino cuando su inversión pueda ser controlada, directamente por la Intendencia, y visadas las cuentas respectivas por el señor Auditor Fiscal, cualquiera que sea la obra u objeto de que se trate.
