Expedido por el Congreso el Presupuesto, el Gobierno, al hacer la respectiva liquidación, incluirá en cada capítulo la lista detallada de cada uno de los empleados del ramo y de la asignación mensual y anual que corresponda, según la señalada en la Ley de asignaciones.
