°. Aprobación y renovación de la garantía . Salvo el objeto y el monto señalados en este Decreto, la constitución de la garantía y sus renovaciones se presentarán ante la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales (DIAN), siguiendo el procedimiento previsto en la regulación aduanera vigente.
