amends decreto 663/93

El artículo 104 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, modificado por el artículo 25 de la Ley 365 de 1997 , quedará así:

Artículo 104. Información periódica . Toda institución financiera deberá informar a la Unidad de Información y Análisis Financiero (UIAF), la totalidad de las transacciones en efectivo de que trata el artículo anterior, conforme a las instrucciones que al efecto imparta la Superintendencia Bancaria, en aplicación del artículo 10 de la Ley 526 de 1999 .
