Los créditos a favor del Montepío Militar que se cedan o traspasen a cualquier título, conservarán los privilegios y preferencias que adquirieron al tiempo del otorgamiento de los documentos en que consten tales créditos, los cuales serán traspasados por el Cajero Liquidador a favor de los compradores, estos pueden pagar su precio con cédulas o certificados expedidos por el Montepío Militar.
