CONSECUENCIAS POR EL ABANDONO DEL CARGO. Si por el abandono del cargo se perjudicare el servicio, una vez declarada la vacancia del, empleo, el funcionario se hará acreedor a la sanción disciplinaria y a la responsabilidad civil o penal que le corresponda.
