Art. 2.° Una vez declarado insubsistente el nombramiento, se procederá al reintegro de la suma recibida por auxilios ó sueldos anticipados, haciendo efectivas dichas sumas al respectivo fiador caso que el pasaportado no las reintegre al ser apercibido, ó de no hallársele para hacer efectivo el pago.
