ARTICULO 11. En desarrollo de sus funciones, la Fiscalía General de la Nación y el Consejo Superior de la Judicatura coordinarán sus actividades para el eficiente y eficaz desempeño de la administración de justicia. Corresponde al Consejo Superior de la Judicatura a iniciativa del Fiscal General crear, suprimir, fusionar y trasladar cargos de la Fiscalía, estableciendo denominaciones específicas dentro de la nomenclatura de empleos y la escala de salarios.
