Las cuentas de los responsables de especies, como las de la Intendencia general del Ejército, de los Parques nacionales, Depósito de materiales telegráficos, Almacén de textos y útiles de enseñanza, etc., serán examinadas por una Sección del Ministerio de Hacienda y Tesoro, y las de inversión de fondos no deben ser incorporadas.
