Art. 2.° Esta Junta se reunirá a la mayor brevedad posible i procederá a llenar su encargo formando préviamente una lista de todas la personas desvalidas que sufrieron pérdidas irreparables por causa del incendio ocurrido en Panamá el 6 de marzo último, para lo cual consultará todo los datos i noticias que estime verídicos.
