ARTICULO 124 . FACULTADES DEL INVESTIGADOR. Para el esclarecimiento de los hechos que originan acción disciplinaria, el investigador competente, contará además de las facultades aquí establecidas con las de requerir a entidades públicas, privadas y a particulares, con el propósito de que suministren informaciones con el fin señalado.
