El Gobierno queda autorizado ampliamente para negociar con el Gobierno de Italia la adquisición del lote en que deba erigirse el monumento en el Monte Sacro. Destinase una suma hasta de $ 50.000 para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley, que regirá desde su sanción. Esta partida se considerará incluida en el Presupuesto de gastos de la próxima vigencia o de la vigencia respectiva.
