ARTICULO 2.4.3.2.21 .- GARANTÍA DEL ESTADO RESPECTO DE LA EMISIÓN DE CEDULAS. El Gobierno podrá previo acuerdo con el Banco Central Hipotecario, en cualquier momento en que a su juicio sea conveniente, garantizar con la responsabilidad del Estado el todo o parte del servicio de amortización e intereses de las cédulas que emita.
