Comités Sectoriales. Son Comités Sectoriales del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior: el de Negociaciones, el Agropecuario, el Industrial, el de Transporte y el Petrolero y Minero. Sin perjuicio de lo anterior, el Ministro de Comercio Exterior podrá crear otros comités sectoriales. Los Comités Sectoriales estudiarán y examinarán temas específicos que deberán someterse a consideración o decisión del Consejo Superior de Comercio Exterior o del Gobierno, con el objeto de garantizar la debida coordinación interinstitucional y la capacidad operativa para instrumentar las decisiones que sobre dichos aspectos de la política se adopten.
