El Instituto Nacional de Aprovechamiento de Aguas y Fomento eléctrico estará sometido únicamente a la inspección de la Superintendencia Bancaria, entidad que tendrá la vigilancia de que los dineros provenientes de impuesto de valorización se inviertan únicamente en los objetivos de esta Ley, conforme se establece en el artículo 21. Esta condición hará parte del contrato a que se refiere el mismo artículo.
