Sancionada la ordenanza, se publicará en la gaceta o boletín oficial del departamento y en la página web de la asamblea, y empezará a regir cuando la misma determine; en ningún caso, antes de la promulgación aquí ordenada. La publicación deberá realizarse dentro de los diez (10) días siguientes a su sanción.
