° En el caso de que el pago de los derechos de importación de licores, cigarrillos, fósforos y tabaco extranjeros se hiciere en la Administración de Hacienda Nacional, ésta avisará á la respectiva Aduana, para que al entregar la mercancía se expida la guía de que trata el artículo anterior.
