º . Los numérales 1º y 5º del artículo 81 del Decreto número 1663 de 1979, quedarán así: 1º Se expedirá a diplomáticos y funcionarios oficiales acreditados en el país, hasta por el término de su comisión, 5º para armas de colección se expedirá por el termino de cinco (5) años a partir de la fecha de su expedición y se deberá revalidar por actual lapso antes de la fecha dé expiración.
