º. Llegado el momento de practicar el lanzamiento, el Alcalde se trasladará al lugar en que aquél debe verificarse, acompañado de su Secretario, pudiendo también concurrir las personas interesadas y dos testigos si se juzgare conveniente; una vez allí, el Alcalde llamará a la puerta de la casa o heredad y hará saber a la persona o personas que allí se encuentren, quién es y el objeto que lleva. Si dentro de diez minutos no le contestaren o no le permitieren la entrada, hará una nueva intimación, previniéndoles la responsabilidad en que incurren por su denegación; y si pasaren diez minutos más sin franquearse la entrada, procederá al lanzamiento, valiéndose de la fuerza, si fuere necesario.
