Los acreedores que rematen por cuenta de sus créditos para el caso de que tengan que restituir serán considerados como secuestres de fondos de la ejecución. Del mismo modo serán considerados para el efecto de la restitución, según el artículo 921, los acreedores o extraños que hayan tomado fondos a interés.
