Las indemnizaciones a que haya lugar en los casos de expropiación a que se refiere esta Ley, serán reguladas teniendo en consideración lo prescrito en el artículo 2o. de la Ley 21 de 1917 , fuera de las demás disposiciones legales que rijan sobre la materia.
