º Modificase el artículo 14 del Decreto 844 de 1975, el cual quedará así: Cuando los explotadores de petróleo no logren vender el 25% de su producción para ser refinada en el país, deberán vender al Banco de la República, las divisas correspondientes, hasta alcanzar el 25% de que trata el artículo 1º del Decreto 844 de 1975.
