Articulo 1°. Las elecciones para Congreso. Asambleas y Concejos Municipales, se efectuarán el domingo 10 de marzo de 1958. Dichas elecciones se realizarán por el procedimiento y de acuerdo con las normas establecidas en el presente Decreto y en las demás disposiciones legales vigentes que no sean contrarias a las aquí contenidas.
