El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en este capítulo, será causal de sanción por las autoridades competentes en desarrollo de sus funciones de inspección y vigilancia, de conformidad con lo previsto en el artículo 49 de la Ley 10 de 1990, y demás normas concordantes.
