Segmentación. Será posible segmentar la licitación de la cartera, cuando con base en la distribución de la frecuencia y de la severidad de los siniestros, existan criterios objetivos y razonables para hacerlo, y estos sean reconocidos por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia. En caso de que se opte por segmentar la licitación se deberá observar el procedimiento previsto en este Capítulo.
