Art 117. El auto en el que se niega la revocatoria de otro contra el cual no se interpuso en tiempo de apelación es inapelable, a menos de que en el segundo auto se resuelva, además sobre un punto no decidido en el primero.

En este caso la ejecución se surtirá respecto de dicho nuevo punto únicamente.
