° La financiación de la Escuela, en lo que se refiere a construcción del edificio y sostenimiento de ella, durante los primeros cinco años, se hará con fondos del Gobierno Nacional en cooperación con la Oficina Sanitaria Panamericana, la Fundación Rockefeller y el Servicio Cooperativo Interamericano de Salud Pública, en la cuantía que se determine en convenios posteriores.
