La acreditación será previa para el caso de las escuelas normales en proceso de reestructuración como escuelas normales superiores, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el artículo 113 de la Ley 115 de 1994 y se otorgará por un término de cuatro (4) años, atendiendo lo dispuesto en los artículos 18 y 19 de este decreto.
