Informes anuales. Con el fin de realizar la evaluación por parte del Ministerio de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural y del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social del impacto económico que generen las nuevas plantaciones, los beneficiarios deberán antes del 31 de marzo de cada año rendir un informe técnico al Ministerio Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, en el cual reporten el estado de los cultivos, su productividad (Tm/ha), los empleos generados, los estados financieros y cuando se amerite, reporte de impacto ambiental del cultivo.
