Autorizase al Gobierno Nacional para suscribir y pagar acciones de la sociedad que se constituya entre el Departamento del Huila, el Municipio de Neiva y otras personas naturales o jurídicas, con el fin de construir un moderno hotel de turismo en la ciudad de Neiva. En uso de esta facultad, el Gobierno suscribirá y pagará acciones de la sociedad a que se refiere este artículo hasta por un cincuenta por ciento (50%) del capital social.
