Artículo cuarto. El suministro del inmueble, servicios de mantenimiento, reformas locativas, alimentación de los reclusos y demás gastos que demande el funcionamiento de las casas-cárcel para conductores y su eficiente servicio penitenciario y carcelario estarán a cargo de la Nación, sin perjuicio de las organizaciones sindicales de conductores puedan seguir aportando voluntariamente el inmueble y otros servicios para el cumplimiento de los mismos fines.
