Articulo 1 º. En virtud de ser aplicable a los empleados de la Oficina del Comisionado Nacional para la Policía el régimen prestacional general de los empleados de la Rama Ejecutiva, las cesantías de dichos empleados, incluidas las que se hayan causado hasta la fecha de expedición de este Decreto, se liquidarán y consignarán en el Fondo Nacional de Ahorro, dentro de las condiciones señaladas en el Decreto-ley 3118 de 1968.
