º. Las compañías anónimas de que trata el artículo 30 de la Ley 58 de 1931, están obligadas a cumplir lo ordenado en los artículos 9º, 10 y 11 de la misma Ley. La Superintendencia puede exigir las informaciones y pruebas que juzgue necesarias para calificar dichas compañías.
