Afiliación a Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud. El pensionado titular, deberá estar afiliado y efectuar cotizaciones al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en Salud en el Régimen Contributivo de conformidad con el artículo 204 de la Ley 100 de 1993. El otro cónyuge o compañero permanente deberá encontrarse afiliado al Sistema General de Seguridad Social en el Régimen Contributivo como beneficiario del cónyuge o compañero permanente, titular de la pensión.
