ARTICULO 348 . Solicitud de comunicaciones telegráficas . El funcionario judicial podrá así mismo, ordenar que en las oficinas telegráficas se le faciliten copias de los mensajes transmitidos o recibidos, si fueren conducentes al descubrimiento o comprobación de los hechos que se investigan. Las personas que participen en estas diligencias se obligan a certificar el contenido de las copias y a guardar la debida reserva.
