° Los contratos que se celebren con las empresas en las cuales el Gobierno, suscriba acciones, deberán contener, además las cláusulas estipuladas, de acuerdo con los artículos anteriores, todos los derechos por parte del Gobierno, de que tratan los artículos 1° a 4° de la Ley 27 de 1888.
