Parágrafo

El Presidente del Consejo distribuirá los empleos en los despachos de los magistrados, los cuales conformarán la Unidad de Investigación Electoral (UIE) y tendrán la calidad de empleos de libre nombramiento y remoción. El nombramiento lo efectuará el Presidente del Consejo previa postulación que haga cada magistrado.
