Art. único . Deróganse las leyes 11 i 12 parte 4. " tratado 1. de la Recopilacion Granadina i la de 23 de mayo de 1848, creando inspéctores de bogas en los rios Magdalena, Cauca, Atrato i Sinú. Desde la promulgacion de esta lei cesará el cobro de las contribuciones impuestas por las leyes que por ella se derogan.
