Cuando el Contralor, o la Comisión de Personal, según el caso consideren que debe perfeccionarse o complementarse la investigación que se haya efectuado, designará un funcionario de igual o superior jerarquía a la del inculpado, para que adelante las diligencias que sean necesarias, señalándole el término correspondiente.
